Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. We keep data to a minimum.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing is Marius Schöpplein, Chrieschwitzer Str. 104, 08525 Plauen, Germany. Email: hello@compact-camping-collection.com. Contact us at this address for any privacy request.
Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted by Webspace-Verkauf.de ISP e.K., Lichtenfelser Strasse 17 a, 96271 Grub am Forst, Germany. When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data that the host stores in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This is required to deliver the site reliably and to detect and prevent misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Log data is deleted after 7–14 days.
Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or any other third party to display them.
Cookies and local storage
We store one strictly necessary entry (ccc-consent) to remember your cookie choice (legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anything non-essential (for example analytics) loads only after you consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Analytics
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It sets cookies and processes usage data (including a shortened IP address) to help us understand how the site is used. Processing may involve a transfer to Google LLC in the USA, safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). No analytics runs unless you click “Accept all”, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Microsoft Clarity
If you consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity, a web-analytics service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Clarity sets cookies and records how you interact with the pages (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, screen size) to produce heatmaps and session replays. Text you enter into form fields is masked and is not recorded. Processing may involve a transfer to Microsoft Corporation in the USA, safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Microsoft’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). Clarity loads only after you click “Accept all”, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Contact
If you email us or use the contact form, we process the details you provide only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.
Outbound links to retailers
This site links to third-party retailers such as Amazon. We are not currently part of any affiliate programme and earn no commission from these links. When you click an outbound link, the retailer may set its own cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy, which can include transfer to third countries such as the USA. We have no control over that processing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any right, contact the controller above.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe our processing of your data infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR).
